Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within approximately 10–20 days after shipment.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Fulfillment

Some Dusk Supply products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from locations outside the United States.

Because of this, tracking information may take a few days to update after your order has been processed.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided with your order.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will help investigate.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
